Karen Moked

Co-Founder and Marketing Operations

Karen Moked is a B2B marketing executive, advisor, and board member with more than 20 years of experience designing and executing go-to-market and lead-generation strategies that drive measurable revenue impact. Equal parts strategic and hands-on, Karen builds multi-channel demand generation programs, sharpens positioning and messaging, and helps leadership teams translate business goals into scalable marketing systems.

Karen is the Strategic Marketing Principal at Vectur, where she provides B2B marketing strategy and execution, including interim CMO support, GTM planning, content and messaging development, and inbound lead generation programs for companies looking to strengthen their brand and grow revenue. Her work spans marketing strategy development, channel on-boarding, website development and execution, SEO/SEM and digital campaigns, email lifecycle programs , sales enablement collateral, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer teams to build consistent pipeline contributions.

In October 2025, Karen co-founded EntryPoint Boston with Yaron Naor, a market-entry program for Israeli B2B startups modeled on MIT methodologies. In this role, she brings deep expertise in growth strategy, programmatic advertising, digital transformation, and growth strategy to help founders develop practical go-to-market plans and execute the marketing foundation required to scale in the U.S.

Karen also plays an active role in Boston’s biotech and pharma community as Chief Operating Officer of BiotechTuesday, a long-running life-sciences networking event that convenes entrepreneurs, investors, attorneys, scientists, and journalists. Through BiotechTuesday, she has built deep relationships across the local ecosystem and brings more than a decade of experience supporting life-science and healthcare clients with marketing strategy and demand generation.

In addition, Karen is a Senior Strategy Consultant at Magnetude Consulting, where she provides marketing and content strategy for clients and project-manages the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including work with life-sciences organizations.

Previously, Karen served as VP of Marketing at KonaSearch, leading brand advancement and strategic marketing execution in partnership with senior leadership. She was also Vice President of Marketing at Digilant, where she spearheaded inbound marketing (SEO, SEM, live chat, inside sales enablement, and content marketing), delivering a 200% increase in sales-qualified leads and strengthening measurement and optimization across acquisition programs. Earlier in her career, Karen managed demand-generation programs at Akamai Technologies for the Media & Entertainment vertical, running integrated multi-channel programs across webcasts, email, advertising, social, mobile, events, and trade shows with continuous performance improvement.

Karen holds an MBA in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Classical Studies.
