Debra Logan

Debra Logan is the CEO and Founder of Logan Executive Coaching. She began her career at the University of Pittsburgh’s Learning Research and Development Center, where she worked with one of the earliest
teams applying artificial intelligence to real-world training for complex military systems. She then spent a decade at Carnegie Group, an early AI startup, holding roles across software engineering, training, customer support, and business development while
working on expert systems and neural-network-based solutions. Since relocating to the United Kingdom in 1995, Debra built a distinguished 25-year career at Gartner, ultimately serving as a Distinguished VP Analyst and Gartner Fellow Emeritus. Her work influenced
thousands of technology and business leaders globally. Today, Debra continues her research and advisory work through Logan Executive Coaching. She focuses on leadership effectiveness, career development and transition, and strategic guidance on artificial
intelligence, data, and analytics. She has coached and advised IT and business professionals worldwide, helping them become stronger leaders and more informed technologists.
